Benjamin Has His Say
Since the Benjamin street post, we’ve had quite a lot of emails from people who claim to have been in the same boat.
This Email was received yesterday. I wanted to post this one in particular because some good points have been raised about the potential risk involved in paying via paypal which I think you should all be aware of.
It reads as follows:
After my having noticed an un-recognised ‘PayPal’ ‘Repetitive Charge’ leaving my Debit Card, (with his name all over it).
Although the charge was only for the sum of 8.50 GBP monthly, I could not recall ever having subscribed to any of his services. I, of course, immediately attempted to contact him, or his representatives, through the ‘Support Line E-Mail Address’ provided on his website. I wrote asking whether they could perhaps refresh my memory as to which particular service I had subscribed to.
At this point I genuinely believed that I had simply forgotten or mislaid the relevant subscription details.
I received no reply, even after various follow up attempts. I naturally then cancelled the ‘PayPal’ ‘Repetitive Charge’ from being able to repeat itself at any point in the future.
A word of warning on this point;
It should be noted,
‘PayPal’, do not offer the same kind of representational money back ’safety net’ as is available through certain other Online Order/Payment Services, like say ‘Click Bank’ for example. This means that, for any ‘Services’,’ Products’ or ‘Subscriptions’ that offer a ‘Money Back Guarantee’, that are payable through ‘PayPal’, the chances that the ‘Buyer’ will actually end up being honoured by any such offer, lie entirely at the discretion and through the entirely voluntary response of the particular ‘Seller’ involved.
The agreement is strictly one between ‘Buyer’ and ‘Seller’, and ‘PayPal’ make no claims for the integrity of any of the ‘Sellers’ that operate by means of payment through their service.
Basically, I lost out and the money is gone.
The charge had only been for a sum of 8.50 GBP but was set to go out monthly,and,after having checked through my various E-Mail folders, I could find no evidence of any correspondence from any Body clearly related to any ‘Benjamin Street’, nor was I able to find any Organization clearly connected to him whatsoever, and this was after having searched back several weeks into the past

Mr Street himself was even kind enough to get in contact with us. The only thing he had to say regarding the issue was this:
“I always give refunds when asked, but I do ask the customer to wait the 60 days trial period until I do so.”
I will leave it at that and allow you to make your own minds up about Benjamin Street. Let us know If you have any comments on the above good or bad.
If you want a refund on any of his systems then just ask as he states above. If you’re having trouble getting through to his support team then just let me know and I will forward you his personal email address as I am sure he will be very pleased to help. Remember you can always claim your own refund on a clickbank product by sending your receipt to refunds@clickbank.com
