Game, Set & Match: Punter – Final Review

gsmpThe first thing that strikes me about this guide, is that it is like the tennis equivalent to False Favourites. So, what do we get in the 109 page PDF document which is downloaded upon purchase?.

Well, in my opinion this is a very well structured and written guide, giving a great overview into the world of tennis. It starts with a comprehensive look at the structure of both the ATP and the WTA tours, providing information on the tournaments played, the ranking system and more importantly the surfaces they are played on.

We then run through the tennis calendar for the year, picking out the important venues along the way.

Moving on, we come to the meat on the bones of this product, that being a bios of the major players for both men and women, together with a section on betting opportunities for each player, e.g. if this player is on grass, always back his opponent etc…

A nice element to this guide, is reference to form, confidence and mental problems, off court factors and player injuries. You will also learn the impact that these factors may have on a players chances of winning and examples are also included for your reference. A link to a website highlighting injuries is also provided. I must confess that I had never used this website before, but I will definitely be bookmarking it from now on.

Whilst no mechanical systems are provided, the author does touch on some of the betting and trading opportunities that arise in tennis, but more importantly, it also highlights the potential pitfalls.

This is not a system, but an education, and a good read at that. If you currently bet on tennis or have been thinking of doing so then this is a must read manual in my opinion.

Rating: 3/5 – Worth buying and you can expect to win a steady amount of money when used correctly.
